The Senior Category Team Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Category Managers that is responsible for the implementation of the regional procurement strategy. In addition to the day-to-day managerial function, the role will incorporate strategic and policy development aspects that will have medium term consequences on the operation of the function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing & executing a detailed procurement strategy as well as ensuring the delivery of commodity productivity through price, value analysis (VA) and continuous improvement projects.

The Production Manager will be required to manage and co-ordinate the activities of production personnel to achieve production output, minimising downtime and driving ongoing improvement, while optimizing the manufacturing process for increased productivity. Reporting to the Managing Director, this person will be required to ensure that production schedules are produced on time and to ensure that all operational, administration, H & S and business controls are adhered to.
