We are hiring APA qualified professionals to work with one of Irelands Leading Pillar banks in our Customer Engagement Centre in Dundalk.
The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You should enjoy working in a fast paced, target driven environment. You must be comfortable presenting products & services over the phone and have proficient IT & administration skills.
- You are APA or QFA qualified
- You are an enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive individual
- You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to build rapport and be highly engaging with customers
- You have the ability to understand your customers’ needs and requirements
- You are tenacious and passionate about working on the front line of the business
- You thrive on collaborative team environment; you have a positive attitude and the ability to contribute to team goals and share information
- You have a proven ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage own workload according to changing priorities
- Contact centre experience would be an advantage
- Salary €29,000
