    Leading a team of 9 Customer Service Representatives and a Team Lead, the Supervisor ensures a professional and customer-focused work environment that fully engages their team to deliver. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of daily operations of the department, increasing sales, minimising costs and motivating staff will be your top priorities.

    • Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
    • Proficient computer skills.
    • Proficient standard office equipment skills.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Instilling a strong client service culture. 
    • Excellent phone etiquette.
    • Outstanding organizational skills.


    • Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
    • Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation.
    • Assisting customer service staff with duties where required.
    • Involved in the training, coaching and ongoing development of the team.
    • Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
    • Support the team by handling customer contact in escalated situations
    • Performing additional duties where needed.
