    SalesSense are seeking applications for a payroll administrator and accounts assistant to join a busy and continually expanding company.     Your principal duties will include:

    • Responsibility for the payroll function. This will require a thorough understanding of the end to end process encompassing the processing of starters, leavers, calculation of commissions and familiarity with ROS. SalesSense currently use Collsoft payroll software.
    • Accounts payable and receivable
    • Adhoc duties as required
    • Adherence to company processes and proactive input to process improvement

    Responsibilities

    About you:

    • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
    • Relevant higher qualifications are an advantage
    • Excellent IT skills (Experience using spreadsheets and databases an advantage)
    • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
    • Organised, logical and methodical
    • Excellent team player
