To carry out all administration duties in a timely, efficient and effective manner ensuring completion of daily functions/duties and providing customer service at the highest level to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Proficient in warehouse management system, INDEX, SAP or equivalent, scanning system, and Microsoft office, Excel/Word.
Proven ability to plan, organise and co-ordinate activities in a fast moving working environment that is customer focused.
Assertive communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success in working with and building relationships within a cross functional team.

Ability to work collaboratively with managers at all levels
To provide the first point of contact for haulage drivers arriving at site delivering or collecting goods from the warehouse.
Ensure that all administration functions are completed correctly using the correct documentation and adhering to the relevant SOP’s, to meet customer and government requirements.
Monitor and update site activity plan
Progress late deliveries/collections with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure all releases and collections are scheduled in conjunction with the warehouse management team.
Process all releases and collections on the appropriate warehouse management systems accurately.
Check that all goods inwards/outwards and relevant location/paperwork are issued correctly and meets business operations and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with customers by telephone, email, addressing queries in a timely manner.
Ensure that all documentation is filed in a timely and accurate manner.
Be conversant with and operate at all times within the current Health and Safety legislation, local departmental procedures; SOP’s, Policies and Procedures and assist in their implementation and monitoring of same.
