    The role?

    This position reports to the Head of HR. As a Human Resources Assistant, you’ll provide a high level of administrative support to the HR function. You will ensure excellence in the implementation of HR Processes and Systems. You will provide support to managers and employees alike such that they perform effectively in the achievement of company goals.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Providing support and advice to employees and managers regarding employment policies and procedures
    • Dealing with day-to-day HR queries
    • Induction support/onboarding administration
    • Liaison with third party agencies
    • Running reports as requested to support the business
    • General HR Admin

    About you:

    • Qualification in HR
    • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
    • Experience of recruitment best practices
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
