We are recruiting for Telesales Agents to work on one of our exciting campaigns providing inbound and outbound calls on behalf of our clients. We offer these roles on a full time, permanent basis.
This is an exciting role where you are encouraged to use your own initiative to try new and varied approaches.
The role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales and providing a superior level of customer service, maintaining excellent customer relationships. Meeting daily and weekly sales targets
- Contracted working hours are 37.5 hours each week, rotating over 7 days from Monday to Sunday variable between 7am and 10pm
About you:
- You are an enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive individual, you are results driven with a proven track record of sales ability and customer service
- You have experience working in a sales and customer service environment
- You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to build rapport and be highly engaging with customers
- You have the ability to understand your customers’ needs and empathise with them
- You thrive on working in a collaborative team environment, you have a positive attitude and the ability to contribute to team goals and share information
- You have a proven ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your own workload according to changing priorities
