  • Qualifications

    • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access and Outlook


    • Proven experience in a similar role ideally within Technical/Financial services area



    • Strong, organisation skills, self-starter, self-motivated and a good team player


    • Excellent written and verbal communication, who understands the importance of confidentiality


    • Ability to plan and prioritise tasks


    • Have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience


    • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Management Teams


    • Proactively source data from departmental IT systems to create reports for internal and external customers. Ensure that reports/information requests are delivered in a professional and timely manner on a consistent basis


    • Proactively manage customer database to maintain accurate and relevant information and contact records


    • Proactively maintain relevant files and documentation for tendering purposes, process and prepare quotation templates
