Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience of computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Email, Internet and EPOS
Demonstrate and deliver excellent standards of customer service leading by example
Good organisation skills
Attention to detail
Ability to perform in a fast paced retail environment with a positive, team orientated and customer focused approach
· Ensure high standards of customer service and selling at all times.
· Adhering to company policies.
· Monitor daily the Z read differences, process lodgements and report variances.
· Account for any unallocated transactions on the Sage200 till sales account
· Order stationary when necessary.
· May be Rrequired to cover in other retail outlets, when necessary
· Other activities as required in order to insure successful operation of the store
· To perform additional ad hoc tasks as required by the Company. The duties listed are not exhaustive.
