IT Manager – Dundalk
Our client is seeking an IT manager to oversee all IT functions within the company.
The successful candidate will manage a small team of IT professionals, external relationships and will oversee all technology operations as well as the implementation of new future proof IT systems and policies.
Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by management
Analysing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
Track system issues and assess the impact on operational performance; troubleshoot system problems with users; direct widespread system issues to the proper support team and manage the resolution back to the business
Database management, developing and testing new database and data handling systems, monitoring efficiency and designing and preparing reports for management and clients
Constantly review dialler & data performance and develop & recommend strategic changes to the contact strategy to improve contact ability and overall campaign performance against targets
Liaise with internal and external teams to develop and deliver reporting & insight into the live and historical dialling & performance of the contact strategy
Ensure regulatory compliance for data and contact strategies.
Deliver best in class connectivity and fail overs to appropriate areas and channels.
Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of technical management, database management information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
Expertise in data centre management and data governance
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
Ability to manage personnel
Qualification in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
