    Qualifications

    ·         Fetac Level 6 Train the Trainer qualified (desired)

    ·         Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

    ·         Advanced written and verbal communication skills with an excellent command of the English language

    ·         Experienced in a training role, ideally with 1 – 2 years’ experience

    ·         Possess strong organisational skills, striving to advance your career, highly motivated

    ·         Proven track record supporting individuals by engaging and inspiring others

    ·         Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment

    ·         Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

    ·         Previous driver training experience will be highly regarded

    Responsibilities

    ·         Plan writing/rewriting and implementation of training programs

    ·         Record and document all training records

    ·         Develop and deliver workshop training days

    ·         Provide support for field based employees

    ·         Create and present training materials including presentations and support material

    ·         Train and coach relevant departments so they are equipped to provide care and advise on training requests

    ·         Participate in the Training & Development strategy for the organisation

    ·         Ensuring compliance in the delivery of all regulatory training

    ·         Liaise with managers in relation to on-going identification of learning needs and be a support to the Training and Development team in preparing and delivering learning interventions to the business

    ·         Creative thinker who likes to come up with new and different solutions, focused on continuous improvement
