The role of Partner Account Manager is a quota carrying position principally responsible for generating sales and growth within existing Company named reseller/VAR/contractors accounts. As the Partner Account Manager, you will primarily focus on expansion of active account managers within existing and newly recruited reseller accounts. You will support partner sales activities by identifying and helping to close new sales Opportunities within accounts within your region, working closely with the Distribution Manager.
You will own the execution of the Accreditation Program with the target partner list, and eventually work in a team consisting of a Distribution Manager, E&S Manager and Partner ISR.
2 years’ experience selling IT Solutions to customers over the phone
You will have a proven track record in new business development sales
You will preferably have 2 years’ partner account management experience
You will have local IT Market Knowledge
20% - Joint visits with peer partner account manager (expanding number of active account mgrs)
50% - Partner Relationship and project detection activities (Seminars/Events/Trainings/High Level Partnership Review Meetings)
20% - Develop quarter business and marketing plans with the partners (utilizing MDF)
10% - Working with the partner to increase their sales effectiveness and efficiency
YOUR SECONDARY RESPONSIBILIIES
You will work with EMEA channel program team in setting up joint meeting with key selected partners to drive and continuously improve COMPANY’s Accreditation Sales Strategy.
You will own your own Partner’s MDF Budget timely usage
