The responsibilities of this position will be to maintain and support the growth of the IT sales efforts in the market. This position will be working very closely with IT distributors and agencies as well as working with our Account Managers to secure after IT market business as well as track sales performances. The ISR will also help solve customer problems and support the efforts of our IT channel sales efforts.
Pro-active inside sales activities
• Follow up activities on offers
• Customers logistic issues escalation
• Assist in resolving order discrepancies
• Assist Account Managers in driving revenues
• Monitor incoming orders by checking accuracy of information provided
• Communicate with IT distributors and agencies
• Ensure correct opportunity information in CRM system
• Ensure correct customers set up into our system
• Collect and rework monthly sales figures to get correct data to agencies, ET distributors and internal dept.
• Manage backlog in proactive manner
• Set up close relationships with Account Managers, Agencies, IT
• Assist Account Managers and followed customers in any availability issue in first instance and escalate the problem when necessary
• Update pricing list
• Any other duties as required
