We are recruiting for an IT Support Executive to be based in Europe’s first fully Cloud based Customer Engagement Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Extraction of customised leads lists from the company database for uploading to dialler campaigns.

Assisting in the creation of customised reporting e.g. MS Excel Dashboards for internal and external clients.

Resolution of associated technical issues and escalation of high impacting incidents where appropriate and follow through to resolution

Development and application of Microsoft’s Business Intelligence Reporting and Analysis tools. MS Power BI, MS Excel power pivot.

Supporting the other members of the Data & Systems team with regard to project delivery through planning, assessment and transition to go-live

 

Skills & Experience:

A relevant qualification in I.T or Computer Science

1 year + experience in a Contact Centre environment highly desirable

Experience of Interactive Intelligence platform highly desirable

Experience in providing robust reporting from multiple systems.

Experience in the development of MS SharePoint sites and applications

Strong software troubleshooting and problem solving skills and the ability to see issues through to resolution
