The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver high quality and professional Cooling Solution Support to IT Division Customers and Solution Partners.
Excellent Energy Engineering & Cooling knowledge, with the ability to understand and explain the principles of cooling technology
Knowledge of Data Centre air-conditioning and cooling technologies desirable
Excellent coaching and presentation skills with experience creating and delivering presentations
Good knowledge of Networking and Information Technology an advantage
Demonstrate flexibility and an ability to learn quickly.
Excellent problem solving abilities and aptitude to understand and explain technical information.
Proven ability to work towards individual and team targets.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills, highly motivated and intuitive
Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Providing expert level Cooling Solution support to Customers, Service Engineers, Service Partners and other departments as required.
• Training and Mentoring to within the Customer Care Community on Cooling Technologies and Cooling Solutions we have as an install base.
• Liaising with Engineering, R&D, Product Management and Quality teams on a regular basis to identify field and market trends and to work with Product
Management team on new cooling solution releases
• Developing and maintaining support tools for the CCC Community
