This position reports to the Global Director of Price Management
The Pricing Manager will be responsible for pricing excellence strategy to support the Systems business across my clients European Operations zone.
Pricing excellence will involve financial and qualitative analysis of products with respect to competitors and product position.
The selected individual will make recommendations for price changes for existing products as well as evaluate new products based on value and competitive positioning.
This position will work with the Systems Channel & Commercial teams in Europe and product managers (Lines of Business) to determine end customer pricing by assessing all factors that would impact price or volume trade-offs such as: competitive environments; product features and costs; brand attributes; and product adoption curves. In addition to monitoring current product/region pricing to identify optimization opportunities, the successful candidate will work closely with sales leadership to make recommendations on pricing, promotions and product bundles.
Finally, the Price Manager will support the development and refinement of price optimisation management tools, policies and procedures that enhance the existing business performance and provide for growth.
